Shipping

All orders are dispatched the SAME DAY of purchase. This is an extreme express service that we are so happy to be able to provide. However, during sale periods and extremely busy times there may be a delay of 1 to 3 business days before your order ships, if this is the case it will be communicated on the website prior to you ordering so you are well aware of any delays. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. All pre order dates are as shown PLUS shipping time.

We provide FREE shipping for all orders sent within New Zealand on a overnight courier service for all orders over $100.  Please allow 1-3 business days after your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been transferred to the postal carrier delays are out of our control. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with any queries regarding delays/delivery requirements.

We offer international shipping to Australia only.

Shipping is $12.00 for a standard postal service and please note this has LIMITED TRACKING.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sirhcthelabel.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We do NOT ship to P.O Boxes.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in exchange for store credit or a refund.

Email info@sirhcthelabel.co.nz with your order number and name. Please state the reason for your return so we can fast track the process of your return.
