We are a small business located in Auckland, New Zealand.

Do you have a physical store?

We currently only operate here on our online store, but never say never!

Do you offer local pick-up's?

Absolutely, please send us an email and we will sort that out for you.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If this happens, please email us right away with your order number and describe to us the item/s which need to be changed so we can help you right away.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We do. See under the "gift cards" option in the drop down menu.

Do you offer wholesale?

What packaging do you use?

All pieces come in a jewellery pouch or box with a silver polishing cloth. We use eco friendly courier bags to send out our orders.
